Infrastructure Project Engineer (Azure / Microsoft 365) Gloucester HQ Hybrid, 3 days a week in the office £55,000 Permanent A growing group business is looking for an experienced Microsoft infrastructure engineer who wants to move into project delivery. Reporting to the IT Director, you''ll take IT projects from start to finish: scoping them, building them yourself and handing them over. The group grows partly through acquisition, so bringing newly acquired businesses onto its Microsoft 365 and Azure environment is a regular part of the job, alongside a wider programme of infrastructure, cloud and business systems projects. The IT team is lean. There''s no project office and no bench of engineers to hand work to; you''ll do the technical work yourself and own the delivery around it. It''s a genuine route into project management without leaving the technology behind. You''ll also be the person who makes sure everyone knows where each project stands.
