Our client is seeking a Finance Business Partner to take on a pivotal role in managing the Housing Revenue Account (HRA) for their extensive Housing Service. This is an exciting opportunity to lead financial management and support strategic decision-making that impacts communities. Key Responsibilities: As a Finance Business Partner, you will: Lead HRA Financial Management: Oversee all aspects of Housing Revenue Account financial operations, ensuring compliance and strategic alignment. Develop Business Plans: Maintain and enhance the 30-Year HRA Business Plan to ensure long-term sustainability and affordability. Support Budgeting: Prepare and monitor the annual HRA Revenue Budget while contributing to the Medium-Term Financial Strategy. Monitor Performance: Review housing income performance, including rental income and service charges. Advise on Policy Changes: Provide critical financial insights on housing policy developments and their implications.
