Working closely with advisers, clients, providers, and internal teams, you will ensure transactions, reporting, and client servicing activities are handled efficiently and accurately.You''ll bring strong technical knowledge, excellent attention to detail, and a proactive approach to delivering a first-class client experience.Key Responsibilities:Managing the administration of investment portfolios and client accounts Processing investment transactions, withdrawals, transfers, and portfolio changes Preparing client documentation, reports, and correspondence Maintaining accurate client records and ensuring data integrity Liaising with investment providers, platforms, and third parties Supporting Financial Advisers with client queries and servicing requirements Ensuring all processes comply with regulatory and internal procedures Monitoring workflows and proactively resolving any issues Assisting with client reviews, valuations, and investment reporting Building strong relatio
