You''ll be working in a fast-paced factory environment, supporting production through effective reactive and preventative maintenance. The Role Working as part of a skilled maintenance team, you''ll be responsible for diagnosing faults, carrying out repairs, and completing planned maintenance across a range of mechanical and electrical systems. Key Responsibilities: Reacting to and resolving plant breakdowns to minimise downtimeCarrying out planned and preventative maintenance (PPM)High-level mechanical fault finding with basic electrical diagnosticsWorking on hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps, gearboxes, valves, drives and machine shop equipmentWelding (MIG, TIG, Stick) and use of lathes and mills where requiredElectrical fault finding at a basic level (sensors, 3-phase motors, safe isolation)Accurately recording work orders, breakdowns, parts used and time takenSupporting continuous improvement initiatives and plant reliability reviewsEnsuring all work complies with Health and Safety, quality and environmental standardsMust be happy to work a permanent nights shift (39 hours a week) What
