THE ROLE As Service Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running and overall performance of a busy service department. You will lead, motivate and develop your team, drive departmental profitability and ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Oversee the daily operations of the service department. Lead, motivate and develop the service team to achieve departmental targets. Drive customer satisfaction, retention and overall customer experience. Monitor and improve departmental KPIs, productivity and profitability. Maximise workshop efficiency and utilisation. Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards, processes and procedures. Handle customer complaints and escalations professionally. Work closely with the wider dealership management team to achieve business objectives.
