Group Head of Change | Specialty Insurance | London - full time on site | Permanent Our client, a specialty insurance firm, is seeking a Group Head of Change to lead their enterprise change agenda. This high-impact leadership role will be responsible for setting the strategic direction for change across the business, embedding strong governance practices, and driving successful delivery across key areas including underwriting, operations, technology, and more. You''ll thrive in this role if you bring:Proven experience leading enterprise change functions within a complex, insurance environmentA track record of shaping and governing change portfolios internationallyDeep knowledge of change delivery methodologies, portfolio governance, and transformation best practicesExceptional stakeholder management skills - from board-level engagement to front-line collaborationExperience building and mentoring high-performing change teamsA strategic mindset with the ability to balance long-term vision with hands-on delivery leadership This is a permanent opportunity paying up to £150,000 + 30% target bonus.
