We are recruiting experienced Senior Care Assistants to join a brand-new, fully refurbished residential care home in the heart of Swanage.

The home offers a modern, high-quality environment with comfortable en-suite bedrooms, welcoming communal areas and landscaped outdoor spaces.

The service has a warm, family-run ethos and is committed to providing compassionate, person-centred care that promotes residents'' dignity, independence and wellbeing.

As a Senior Care Assistant, you will support residents and provide leadership to the care team across either day or night shifts.

Your responsibilities will include:

·       Leading, mentoring and supporting care staff

·       Delivering high-quality, person-centred care

·       Supporting residents with their daily routines and individual needs

·       Administering medication

·       Maintaining accurate care plans and documentation

·       Promoting residents'' dignity, comfort and wellbeing

·       Ensuring a safe and supportive environment for residents

·       Supporting the smooth running of the home

The ideal candidate will have:

·       Experience working in a senior care role within a residential or care home setting

·       NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care, desirable

·       Strong leadership and communication skills

·       A compassionate, calm and proactive approach

·       Medication experience, desirable

·       A genuine passion for delivering excellent person-centred care

·       £14+ per hour, negotiable depending on experience
