The Role As a Senior Support Worker, you will combine hands-on care with additional responsibility during shifts. You will support and guide other Support Workers, promote safe and consistent practice and provide calm leadership when individuals experience behavioural escalation. The role may involve supporting complex care packages operating at 3:1, 4:1 and 5:1 staffing levels. You will help ensure that care plans, behavioural strategies, risk assessments and agreed support approaches are followed consistently.
