I am on the hunt for an exceptionally talented and experienced Head Sushi Chef to lead the sushi team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep passion for Japanese cuisine, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to create exquisite dishes that captivate and delight.Head Sushi responsibilities:

Lead and oversee the sushi team, ensuring the highest standards of preparation and presentation.Develop and innovate new sushi creations while maintaining traditional techniques and flavours.Manage live sushi and robata counters, engaging with guests to enhance their dining experience.Oversee inventory, ordering, and quality control to maintain consistency and freshness.Train, mentor, and inspire junior chefs, fostering a culture of excellence.Uphold food hygiene and safety standards at all times.Head Sushi requirements:

Proven experience as a Head Sushi Chef in a fine-dining environment.Mastery of traditional sushi preparation, knife skills, and presentation.Strong knowledge of Japanese ingredients and culinary techniques.Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.Excellent leadership and communication skills.Fluency in English; knowledge of Japanese is an advantage.Benefits:
