This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned HR professional who can quickly build relationships, work independently and provide a proactive and operational HR service from day one. The role will involve: - Partnering with managers to provide expert HR advice and support. - Managing complex employee relations cases. - Leading on organisational change and TUPE activity. - Supporting performance management, employee engagement and workforce planning. - Coaching and developing managers on people-related matters. - Contributing to HR projects, policy development and continuous improvement initiatives. We''re looking for someone who: - Has at least 5 years'' experience working as an a HR Generalist - Has significant experience managing complex employee relations cases. - Ideally has previous TUPE experience - Can confidently influence and coach stakeholders at all levels.
