DescriptionThe Commercial Contracts Manager role will involve the following tasks:Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a range of commercial agreements, including software licensing, SaaS, cloud hosting, professional services, and supplier and customer contracts.Supporting IP protection and licensingAssisting with data processing agreements, privacy policies, and compliance with UK GDPR frameworksCollaborating with commercial teams to provide legal guidance whilst managing riskSupporting company secretarial and governance activities where required, including policy reviews and compliance documentationStaying up to date with legal and regulatory developments in technology, IP, and IT ProfileThe successful candidate for the Commercial Contracts Manager should have to following skills and experience:Previous experience of working in a similar role managing commercial contractsExperience of negotiating Technology contractsExperience of IP would be an advantageExcellent attention to detail and analytical skillsAbility to work independently and handle multiple priorities effectivelyExcellent communication skillsJob OfferThis is a contract position for 12 months.This role is based in the office 4 days per week, 1 week from home.
