Job Title: SEN Primary Teacher

Location: Liverpool (Region: Liverpool and surrounding areas)

Are you a passionate SEN Primary Teacher seeking a rewarding career opportunity in Liverpool? We are inviting motivated, flexible, and dedicated Primary Teachers for diverse assignments across SEND Primary Schools in Liverpool, from short-term placements to long-term roles.

About the Role:

The successful SEN Primary Teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons across all curriculum areas, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment. You will create tailored lesson plans that meet the needs of diverse learners, motivate pupils, and maintain good classroom control. This position provides the opportunity to work in supportive and welcoming schools within the Liverpool area, adhering to individual school policies and safeguarding standards.

Key Requirements:

  • Fully qualified Teacher (QTS or equivalent overseas qualification)
  • Experience teaching within SEND environments, particularly primary SEN settings
  • Ability to create inclusive, motivating classroom experiences
  • Hold a fully enhanced DBS (on the Update Service), or be able to obtain a new one
  • References covering the last two years with no gaps
  • Right to work in the UK

Main Duties:

  • Deliver lessons across all areas of the primary curriculum
  • Foster a positive learning atmosphere that encourages all pupils to engage
  • Plan, deliver, and assess lessons that cater to varying abilities
  • Use motivating teaching methods to challenge pupils and promote progress
  • Maintain high standards of classroom management and behaviour
  • Liaise with colleagues to promote consistent, high-quality education

Work Details:

  • Job Type: Day-to-day, short-term, long-term, or ad-hoc placements
  • Pay: £140 - £200 per day
  • Location: Various schools in Liverpool, region: Liverpool
  • Working hours flexible to your needs
