This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager with a sprinkler and mechanical background looking for a long-term contract, with approximately 8 months of work available.As Mechanical Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of mechanical and sprinkler works throughout the project, working closely with the client, site teams, subcontractors and wider project management team.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging mechanical and sprinkler projects from commencement through to completionOverseeing mechanical and sprinkler installation works and site activitiesManaging subcontractors, engineers and site teamsPlanning and coordinating project programmesMonitoring project progress, costs and deliveryLiaising with clients, main contractors and other tradesAttending site meetings and providing project updatesManaging project documentation and reportingEnsuring works are delivered to the required quality and specificationEnsuring health and safety requirements are maintainedIdentifying and resolving project issuesEnsuring projects are delivered on time and within budgetYou will ideally have:Proven experience as a Mechanical Project ManagerExperience managing sprinkler installation projects from start to completionGood understanding of ..... full job details .....
