As they grow, they seek a hands-on Lead Software Engineer with strong C#/ .NET skills and proven leadership abilities, including coaching, mentoring, and collaboration. Using agile methodologies, you will develop high-quality software bi-weekly, focusing on scalability, robustness, and continuous improvement.Working with Product Owners, Project Managers, and fellow Lead Software Engineers, you will contribute to product development. Key responsibilities include:Hands-on coding with excellent C# / .NET expertise.Full stack development, mainly backend (C# backend, React frontend).Leading within the team.Delivering fortnightly technical outputs.Collaborating with Product Owners on tactical delivery.Driving Agile practices across the team.Mentoring, coaching, training, and conflict resolution.Experience Required:Strong hands-on knowledge of C# / .NET.Experience designing and developing microservices and distributed systems.Commercial experience with Cloud technologies (AWS or Azure).Team development skills including mentoring and coaching.Experience working in an Agile environment.Previous experience at a Lead level.This is a great opportunity to join a growing SaaS company.
