We at Qualient technology Solutions are looking for a HCM Functional Lead based in Milton Keynes, UK Role Title: HCM Functional LeadRole Location: Milton Keynes, UKRole Type: Contract outside ir35 Job Description: Lead configuration and implementation of Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), including requisition design, candidate life cycle management, approvals, interview workflows, offer management, and onboarding integration aligned to business requirements and best practice. Facilitate design workshops and requirement gathering, translating recruitment process needs into scalable Oracle HCM solutions while promoting Adopt not Adapt principles. Support integrations, data migration, and reporting, collaborating with technical teams on interfaces (eg, job boards, background checks), security roles, OTBI/BIP reports, and data validation activities. Contribute to testing, training, and go-live readiness, preparing test scripts, supporting UAT, assisting change management activities, and ensuring smooth transition into hypercare and BAU support.
