The Role As a Multi Trader working across Bedfordshire, you''ll be responsible for carrying out a wide range of responsive repairs, maintenance and refurbishment works across occupied and void social housing properties. Key responsibilities include: Carrying out responsive repairs and maintenance across social housing properties in Bedfordshire. Completing a variety of multi-trade works within tenants'' homes and communal areas. Undertaking carpentry and joinery repairs, including doors, frames, skirting, architraves, flooring and kitchen units. Carrying out basic plumbing repairs, including taps, sinks, toilets, leaks and minor pipework. Completing minor plastering, patch repairs and making-good works. Undertaking tiling, decorating and other general property maintenance tasks. Repairing and replacing kitchen units, worktops, doors and associated fittings. Carrying out repairs to bathrooms, fixtures and fittings. Responding to emergency and urgent repair requests where required.
