This is a hands-on, senior-level position suited to a candidate who can hit the ground running with minimal training. The role offers a varied mix of office-based responsibilities, property viewings, inspections and general lettings activities within a modern paperless environment. Key Responsibilities Managing the full 360-degree lettings process. Conducting property viewings and inspections. Building and maintaining relationships with landlords and tenants. Managing tenancy progression and renewals. Ensuring compliance with current lettings legislation. Handling day-to-day property management matters. Supporting both lettings and sales activities where required. Maintaining accurate records using a paperless property management system. Compliance and Knowledge Understanding of the Renters Reform Act and current residential lettings legislation. Knowledge of property inspections and tenancy management.
