Experienced supervising teams within the waste or recycling industry?

We''re looking for an experienced Waste Management Supervisor to join a busy operation in Rugby.

This is a primarily office-based supervisory role, managing people, performance and daily operations. It''s NOT a hands-on waste collection job.

What you''ll be doing:

• Supervising waste and recycling teams

• Monitoring KPIs, budgets and operational costs

• Managing staff performance and daily briefings

• Handling complaints and public enquiries

• Completing reports, admin and computer-based tasks

• Ensuring health and safety standards are maintained

What we''re looking for:

• Previous supervisory experience within waste management OR recycling (essential)

• Strong IT, admin and organisational skills

• Confidence managing staff and resolving issues

• Good understanding of health and safety

• Full UK Driving Licence

• Minimum 37 hours per week
