About the Role: As a Family Law Solicitor, you will be entrusted with managing a diverse caseload, providing expert legal advice and support on a range of family law matters. Key responsibilities include: Handling cases related to divorce, separation and financial statements. Advising clients on child custody, adoption and care proceedings. Drafting legal documents, including agreement and court applications. Representing clients in court and tribunals. Conducting negotiations and mediations to resolve disputes.
