Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of participants and support them into work.
• Deliver tailored CV, job search, and interview support.
• Match candidates to suitable vacancies and submit applications.
• Build relationships with local employers and promote candidates.
• Maintain accurate records and achieve performance targets.
• Provide ongoing support to help participants sustain employment.

• Experience in recruitment, employability, sales, customer service, or a target-driven role.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Organised, proactive, and results-focused.
• Confident using IT systems and managing administration.

• £28,000 Salary
