Belcan are looking for a Communications Lead to join our clients team who are based in Broughton, who specialise in Aerospace manufacturing and innovation. The Interim Communications Lead will work closely with the project team, the wider Communications team and the leaders across the new business to support all communication-related matters relating to the acquisition of the site in Belfast. This will include shaping and delivering a communications plan to support the MandA process and "onboard" the acquisition into the current client''s family of businesses!The role is based at our client''s office in Broughton. Flexible working arrangements are in place for the team. The successful candidate is expected to be in the office 3 days a week, with the opportunity to work 2 days from home. There will also be regular travel to Belfast.
