Desk Side Support Engineer

As a Desk Side Support Engineer, you will be based within the Workplace Service Centre providing 1st line technical support. Ensuring that workplace problems are resolved quickly, allowing colleagues to focus on their own roles. KEY DUTIES Provide a single point of contact to internal colleagues reporting IT-related incidents. Diagnose and resolve technical issues at the first level to minimise downtime for colleagues Obtain both technical information and business impact to enable support teams to resolve incidents effectively. Excellent ability to troubleshoot and problem solve CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS Excellent communication skills A desire to provide customers with excellent services A desire to learn new skills Ability to work in a great team Knowledge of Office365 / Active Directory / Remote Connectivity / Web Browsers Ability to use problem-solving techniques to capture details and make sound decisions Sound like you?
