Job Title: Service Planner Role SummarySalary: £32 37kHours: Monday Friday, 9-5pmLocation: Chiswick (Hybrid)Core responsibilities of the Service Planner:Maintenance planning across all contractsProject support (CAPEX exposure acceptable)CMMS system managementWork orders and spares administrationSupporting engineers across multiple contracts/projectsSome client and engineer interactionSubmitting permits for work completionLight document control (organisation-focused, not heavy DC experience)Background / Experience Required from the Service Planner:Experience in engineering environmentsMaintenance planning or CMMS experience essentialFMCG or large production/manufacturing environment preferredRegulated industry experience beneficial (audits, compliance)Understanding of PLC/SCADA (basic level acceptable)Strong organisation, IT skills, communication and written abilityGood level of qualifications demonstrating communication capabilityIndustry Preference:Rail ideal but flexible general engineering background acceptableTerms and Benefits of this Service Planner role:Location: Primarily office-based in Chiswick, with potential hybrid working options.Compensation: Competitive salary, annual bonus scheme, and paid overtime.Annual Leave: 23 days, plus additional leave for the annual Christmas shutdown.Development: Opportunities for training and skill enhancement.Retirement: Enrolment in the Company Pension scheme.
