About the role As a Gas Servicing and Breakdown Engineer, you''ll play a vital role in ensuring residents across Plymouth enjoy safe, warm and well-maintained homes. This varied and rewarding position combines gas servicing, safety inspections, fault diagnosis and breakdown repairs, giving you the opportunity to utilise and further develop your technical expertise every day. Please note: This position requires participation in a rotating out-of-hours emergency service, which includes some evening and weekend work. Your responsibilities will include: Carrying out domestic landlord gas safety inspections and servicing Diagnosing and repairing gas and heating system faults Conducting inspections and identifying corrective works Completing all relevant certification and compliance documentation Ensuring all work is undertaken safely and in line with current gas regulations Providing an excellent customer experience during every visit Working collaboratively with colleagues while managing your own workload effectively No two days are the same, making this an ideal opportunity for a skilled engineer who enjoys problem-solving and delivering high-quality workmanship.
