The Role
The successful Legal Assistant will support the Private Client team across a varied caseload including wills, probate, estate administration, trusts, and Lasting Powers of Attorney. You will gain hands-on experience while working closely with experienced fee earners in a supportive setting.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Providing administrative and legal support to fee earners
• Assisting with drafting wills, LPAs, and probate documentation
• Supporting estate administration matters from instruction through to completion
• Managing client communications with professionalism and care
• Maintaining and organising client files accurately
• Liaising with third parties including probate registry, banks, and professionals
• Conducting basic legal research where required
• General support to ensure smooth file progression

• Law degree or legal qualification (desirable but not essential)
