ONLINE SALES ACCOUNT MANAGER - £39,600 (plus potential bonus £4,800 per annum) Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm Based at our Head Office near Watton Job Summary Our client are seeking a dynamic and commercially astute Online Sales Account Manager to drive growth across our key e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with our online retail partners. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills who can identify opportunities, optimise product listings, and execute promotional plans to achieve and exceed sales targets. You will be the primary point of contact for our online accounts, ensuring our brands are represented to the highest standard and that our commercial objectives are met. Key Responsibilities Account Management - Manage the day-to-day relationship with key online retail partners, acting as the main point of contact for all commercial and operational matters. Sales Strategy and Growth - Develop and implement joint business plans with online accounts to drive profitable growth, increase market share, and enhance brand visibility. Commercial Planning - Create and manage promotional calendars, negotiate pricing and terms, and ensure all activities deliver a strong return on investment. Data Analysis and Reporting - Regularly analyse sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to identify insights and opportunities. Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular performance report
