Our client based in Bedford are currently looking for an administrator/customer service candidate on a temporary to permanent basis working in a small team so very varied.-The working hours are 8.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday.

The role involves:-

• Dealing with clients on the phone and via email
• Co-ordinating couriers for delivery of the product
• Resolving queries and estimated delivery times
• Some export to Europe-
• General administration duties
• Helping out in the warehouse as and when required
