Administration Team Leader 30,000 - 32,000, Burgess Hill, 37.5 hours per week, Permanent, 20 days holiday + Bank Holidays, Free onsite parking, PensionThe Role An excellent opportunity to join a well-established training provider, this position will see you leading the short course administration team based at the Burgess Hill centre, with occasional travel to Portchester. Reporting to the Centre Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the short course administrative function, ensuring a high-quality customer experience across all short course programmes.Lead and manage the Training Support Administration Team to meet business goalsCoordinate scheduling and task allocation for admin staffMaintain quality assurance for short course documentation and processesCollaborate with Compliance Administrator to ensure certification updates are implemented smoothlyOversee CRM data accuracy, updates, and customer communicationsPrepare materials for training courses including registers, assessments, and resourcesProcess candidate documentation, liaise with clients, and issue certificationsProvide excellent customer service and handle queries professionallyWork alongside other departments to streamline administrative processesDevelop and document business processes into a Quality Management SystemRequirements The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years'' experience in an administrative role, ideally within a training or education environment
