With some key partnerships already agreed and a date for the UK launch, they are on the hunt for a strategically minded individual to help with their expansion across the UK and EU.Job DescriptionDevelop and execute a growth roadmap for UK and EU expansion, ensuring scalable and profitable market entryLead portfolio expansion planning, evaluating new categories and brands to introduce into the marketIdentify and develop opportunities for new customer acquisition, retail partnerships, and eCommerce growthDevelop and maintain financial models to assess market entry, pricing, PandL projections, and commercial viabilityLead commercial forecasting, budgeting, and scenario planning to drive strategic decisionsManage the end-to-end execution of strategic projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelinesImplement go-to-market strategies for new brands and product launchesAct as a key liaison between the UK/EU team and global stakeholders, ensuring alignment on strategic prioritiesBuild strong relationships with retail partners, distributors, and key external stakeholders to drive market expansion.Influence cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration between commercial, marketing, and supply chain teams.The Successful ApplicantThe successful applicant should have:A background in management consulting, experience working on FMCG projects preferred but not essentialA strategic mindset with experience in financial modelling and data analysis, project management and cross-functional leadershipExcellent problem-solving abilities and communication skillsExperience managing internal and external stakeholdersThe desire to leave a consulting firm to move in-house to a consumer brandBe a hungry, driven, self-starter with an intrinsic desire to succeedActively want to be around people and in the Central London office 4 days a weekWhat''s on OfferA competitive salary £90,000 -£110,000 with flex20% bonusHybrid working, 4 days in Liverpool StreetAn exciting opportunity to join a blue-chip brand and be at the forefront of their UK and EU expansion#J-18808-Ljbffr
