Senior Operations Director

to lead a group of residential and supported living services for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs in North London. The role covers five care settings, including two residential homes (CQC-rated Good) and three supported living services.This is a hands-on, strategic position where you will be responsible for driving performance, maintaining compliance, and leading service improvements while working closely with senior stakeholders and frontline leaders.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide strategic and operational leadership across five adult care servicesLine-manage two Home Managers and one Deputy Manager (Supported Living)Increase occupancy levels and optimise fee structures (£800900 residential / £600700 supported)Ensure excellent compliance with CQC and regulatory standardsEmbed quality assurance systems and improve documentation processesPromote effective multi-disciplinary working within budgetDevelop KPIs and lead a culture of high performanceBuild strong relationships with Local Authorities and key partnersAct as a visible and values-driven leader for quality and service-user outcomes

About You We are looking for a

Senior Operations Director

who has:Proven experience managing multiple adult social care settingsStrong working knowledge of CQC regulations and inspectionsExcellent leadership, people management, and service improvement skillsCommercial awareness, including budget control and occupancy strategyFamiliarity with care technology (e.g. Log My Care, MaxTime)A proactive and resilient approach to leadershipA full UK driving licence and access to a car
