Project / Installation Coordinator required. Our client is a well-established market leading engineering company specialising in the design, manufacture and installation of construction projects based in the Hertford area. Due to continued success and growth of the business, they are seeking an enthusiastic Project / Installation Coordinator to join their contracts team. Working as part of their very busy contracts team, the Labour Scheduler will be responsible for planning, scheduling and managing labour across all projects on a day-to-day basis. Project / Installation Coordinator Position Overview Working closely with the project and site management team to ensure labour requirements are metMaintaining the labour tracking softwareUtilising Sage to issue purchase ordersObtaining quotations from subcontractors and negotiating costsTracking the expenses for the install teamOrganising plant hire equipmentContacting customers to arrange attendance on site Project / Installation Coordinator Position Requirements Previous experience within a similar role is a distinct advantageBased in a commutable distance of HertfordUnderstanding of construction installation projectsUnderstanding of MS ExcelGood communication and organisation skills Project / Installation Coordinator Position Remuneration Salary 28,000 - 35,000 depending on experienceMonday to Friday 08:00 - 16:00.
