Legal Secretary - Dispute Resolution
We are excited to be recruiting a Legal Secretary to join a friendly and reputable law firm based in Christchurch. The successful candidate will be working within the Dispute Resolution team, who deal with a wide variety of commercial and civil disputes. Legal Secretarial experience in any field will be considered.Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Organising and maintaining diaries and booking appointments.Dealing with correspondence and writing letters on behalf of the Fee Earners.Dealing with emails, faxes and post.Producing invoices and reporting billed figures.Ensuring client files are accurate up to date.About You:Able to pick up IT systems quickly.Digital/ Audio dictation experienceFast typing skills.Enjoys supporting other members of the team.Ability to produce accurate work in a busy environment.Approachable with excellent customer service skills.Good communication skills.Good attention to detail.Flexible and adaptable.Organised and able to ensure clients are updated regularly.Able to work effectively in a team, as well as independently.Benefits:The role offers subsidised parking and a generous benefits package including:Private Healthcare policyLife insuranceRegular company and social events
