As a Defendant EL/PL Solicitor, you will: Manage and progress EL/PL caseloads efficiently and in line with court deadlines. Ensure compliance with internal processes and client SLAs/KPIs. Draft instructions to experts and counsel. Maintain clear case strategies and apply up-to-date technical and case law knowledge. Contribute to billing, WIP management and accurate reporting. Identify and escalate risk and compliance issues where appropriate. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Support business development initiatives.
