Key Responsibilities You will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, including: Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases Remortgages Transfers of equity Equity release matters The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with clients and liaising with estate agents, mortgage lenders and other parties to ensure transactions progress smoothly. Requirements To be considered, candidates must be a qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 12 months'' experience in residential conveyancing.
