Client Account Manager - MandE / Building Services London Based Permanent £65,000-£90,000 + Package We''re working with an established, growing Principal Contractor who are looking to appoint an experienced Client Account Manager to take ownership of a major client account and framework. This is a senior, client-facing position sitting within the business''s MandE division, but BMS experience is not required. The key requirement is a strong MandE / Building Services background combined with experience managing a major client account, framework or structured service agreement. The role is much broader than individual project delivery. You''ll be responsible for ensuring the account operates effectively from a governance, operational, commercial and client-management perspective. The Role You''ll act as the key link between the client, operational/project teams and the wider business, taking ownership of how the account is managed and delivered.
