This role will suit an experienced professional with a background in residential development, including estate regeneration, affordable housing, or mixed-tenure schemes.Working closely with a team of Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers, the Senior Project Manager / Employer''s Agent will manage pre- and post-contract services including feasibility studies, procurement, planning, contract administration and project delivery under Design and Build contracts.
