To lead the day-to-day delivery of the Business. This incorporates driving rapid sustainable growth, statutory compliance and governance, the management and development of staff, (operational, sales, contract support and management), the continual development of our customer base and full operational responsibility for the Business.Lead company and statutory Health, Safety and Quality compliance and standardsProvide leadership for direct reports covering the full spectrum of operational delivery, including operations management, people management; project management and business development ensuring that the company culture and behaviour''s are displayed at all timesDrive sustainable profitable growth in line with business goals and objectives aligned to near and long term strategic plansDeliver customer retention and win new businessOwn talent management from people development through to succession planning for accountsActively participate in the development of new sales pipeline and actively lead new business development activitiesKey Responsibilities

Quality and Safety Management

Monitors and identifies areas for improvement as a matter of courseCreates a culture of exceptional quality and innovationSets an example of exceptional standards in all activities, language and communicationsIdentifies and acts on safety trends and reports to create interventions to protect the business, our people and drive continuous safety improvementEnsures mandatory processes are in place, and are compliant including but not limited to; line management auditing, HOP auditing, QHSE objective setting and tracking, Dynamic RA, HandS scenario training and investigationsPeople Management

Ensures the team has the skills and motivation to carry out their roles to the best of their abilitiesIs constantly visible and accessible to the teamEnsures that all-level staff complete the required mandatory trainingEnsures all staff are appraised annually and all managers are formally trained in the business appraisal process, and from this development plans put in place and followed throughNo member of direct team to have ambiguity over scorecard targets, objectives, continual achievement against these targets or their perceived general performanceTrains, develops and directs team members ensuring a culture of continual developmentBuilds a robust succession plan for accounts, using management development programmes and local development activitiesCustomer Relations

Represents business in a professional and credible manner to customers and the publicBuilds and develops high-level customer relationships with customers through fully understanding their needs and demandsFocuses on ensuring excellent service levels are maintained at all timesIs accessible and responsive to customers at all timesBusiness Development and Marketing

Participates in bid/business development activityIdentifies and targets in partnership with BDM community, suitable quality and volume of work to enhance growth and value in the overall company, and in the BUOperational Management

Leads contract reviews with check and challenge of detail and are used as coaching and development opportunitiesEnsures high site standards including front and back of house areasEnsures that we live up to the business values and behaviour''s and that the service offering is at all times fully evidenced on all sitesTakes leadership of mobilization and transition activity to ensure that business and customer expectations are metFinancial and Asset Management

Takes appropriate actions indicated by variances to ensure revenue, operating profit, working capital and bookings targets are met and continually improved upon without compromising exceptional service standards or customer relationshipsExperience, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Proven track record operating in a senior or executive management role which has included responsibility for product, culture, people and business growthDealing with a range of people from junior to senior level including site employees, suppliers and customersWorked within a matrix organisationCommercial awarenessBusiness acumenStrong influencing skillsAbility to understand commercial and financial metricsInternal and external client managementHoned networking skillsPrevious experience and Industry knowledge in critical environment and one or more of the following: MandE, facilities management, projects, building servicesExcellent presentation skills - written, verbal and presentationHighly developed interpersonal and communication skillsDriven and motivated by a fast paced, high growth environmentDemonstrates executive presenceInfluencing skillsConscious and methodical in approachAn excellent relationship builderAbility to inspire confidenceHigh degree of integrity and sincerityHighly motivated and self-awareHighly organised with attention to detailAbility to understand complex situationsResults focused
