Investigate and analyse customer concerns, providing accurate and timely responses. Collaborate with internal teams to address root causes and implement corrective actions. Communication: Maintain open lines of communication with customers, keeping them informed throughout the escalation resolution process. Provide clear and concise updates to both internal stakeholders and customers regarding the status of escalations. Documentation and Reporting: Document all customer interactions and escalations, maintaining accurate records. Generate regular reports on customer escalations, identifying trends and proposing proactive solutions. Customer Satisfaction: Monitor customer satisfaction levels and implement strategies to enhance overall customer experience. Proactively seek feedback from customers to identify opportunities for improvement. Qualifications and Skills: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Proficient in using relevant software applications for documentation and reporting.
