Following a period of growth the business is looking to accelerate a shift in what finance means to the organisation.The business has strong foundations in governance and reporting; what it needs now is a leader who can harness data and management information to drive commercial performance, efficiency and PandL optimisation across the organisation.The RoleReporting to the Managing Director and sitting on the Leadership Team, the Finance Director will be a genuine business partner to the most senior stakeholders in the business. You will lead a finance team spanning two sites, with 2 direct reports.Transform finance from a reporting function to a driver of commercial insightLead and develop a high-performing, people-focused finance team across two sitesPartner closely with the MD, Commercial Director and Procurement DirectorOwn PandL optimisation and efficiency programmes across the businessDrive adoption of data and MI tools to support strategic decision-making What We''re Looking ForQualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with a strong FPandA or commercial finance backgroundExperience operating at or near Finance Director level in a complex, operationally intensive businessDemonstrable ability to use data and business intelligence t
