Field Service Engineer - Industrial EquipmentLocation: Saltash, CornwallSalary: Competitive + Excellent BenefitsContract: Permanent, Full-TimeTravel: Approximately 50% UK and International Travel, USA, Turkey, etc. Salary: 42,000 plus overnight allowance, extras, etc likely to be around 50kWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Field Service Engineer to join a specialist engineering business based in Saltash, Cornwall.The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, commissioning, servicing and maintaining specialist industrial equipment at customer sites across the UK and internationally.This is a hands-on engineering role suited to someone with a strong background in industrial machinery and fluid handling systems, including pumps, valves, pipework, sensors and pressure or flow control equipment.You will need to be a confident fault-finder, capable of working independently and dealing directly with customers to diagnose and resolve technical issues.The Role:Install and commission specialist industrial equipment at customer sites.Carry out servicing, maintenance, repairs and equipment upgrades.Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical and control-system faults.Fault-find equipment incorporating pumps, valves, pipework, sensors and fluid-handling systems.Carry out testing, calibration and equipment validation.Complete software updates and system optimisation.Provide technical support to customers by telephone, email and remote access.Deliver operator ..... full job details .....
