A great opportunity has arisen for an online customer service advisor to work for a swim and resortwear retailer based in central London. Suitable candidates must be immediately available and not on notice.Responsibilities
Answer questions via the multichannel platform, including email, WhatsApp, and live chat.Pack and dispatch online orders.Provide styling advice to customers, have an eye for style, be a problem solver, and take a proactive approach to supporting customers.Requirements
Experience in customer service.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Experience using Shopify is advantageous.Compensation and Benefits
