As part of this growth the need for a Project Manager has been identified to ensure the delivery of projects whilst initiating improvements to service, quality, and operational efficiency.Role PurposeThe role purpose is to cost, plan, coordinate and oversee projects undertaken out of hours / in the evening involving restoration, and maintenance taking place on prestigious and historic buildings in London. The role will provide an oversight and management of contractors, various trade workers and company employees. The role requires solid experience of working on and managing construction sites and the teams on them whilst reporting and tracking project progress, undertaking quality control and ensuring all relevant permits and licences are obtained.This post will be expected to be a key contact with clients at site providing comprehensive liaison on all project related matters. Furthermore, ensuring day-to-day management of the site client satisfaction and best reputational and financial return for the company through regular site visits across London.Key Responsibilities:Managing and overseeing works on site.Provide expert advice to clients throughout the project lifecycle from conception to completion.Assist with managing site teams to ensure compliance
