CNC Operator - Joinery-

Rate: -20.00 - -25.00 per hour (DOE)

We''re recruiting for an experienced CNC Operator to join a leading bespoke joinery manufacturer producing high-quality furniture, interiors and joinery for commercial, hospitality and retail projects.

Working within a modern manufacturing facility, you''ll be responsible for operating CNC machinery to produce precision components while ensuring the highest standards of quality, efficiency and accuracy.

The Role

• Set up and operate CNC woodworking machinery.
• Manufacture bespoke joinery components from technical drawings and production schedules.
• Load materials and monitor machining processes.
• Work closely with the workshop team to meet production deadlines.
• Maintain machinery and ensure a clean, safe working environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience operating CNC woodworking machinery within a joinery or cabinet manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Experience with CNC software such as Cabinet Vision, WoodWOP, AlphaCAM, BiesseWorks or similar would be advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Good understanding of woodworking materials and machining processes.
• Reliable, proactive and able to work effectively as part of a team.
