HR AdministratorThe CompanyA well-established and innovative organisation with over 40 years'' experience in the design and manufacture of advanced technology solutions are looking for an HR Administrator to join the team!The RoleAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an HR Administrator to join a busy HR team, reporting into the Group HR Manager.This role will support day-to-day HR activity, including employee queries, recruitment coordination, data management, and general HR administration.Working within afast-paced and growing environment, this role would suit a proactive, organised individual looking to develop within HR.Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week (9:00am-5:00pm)Key ResponsibilitiesMaintaining accurate and up-to-date employee recordsPreparing contracts, offer letters, and HR documentationSupporting recruitment activities (job adverts, interviews, candidate communication)Coordinating onboarding and induction processesManaging leaver administration and exit processesTracking absences, holidays, and leaveResponding to HR queries from employees and managersProviding administrative support to the wider HR teamMaintaining confidential HR filing systemsEnsuring compliance with employment law, GDPR, and internal policiesExperiencePrevious HR administration experience (desirable)Level 3 CIPD qualification (desirable)GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths (essential)Experience handling data and maintaining accurate recordsSkills and AttributesStrong organisational skil
