Repairs Caseworker South West London (Hybrid) 3 month contract with possibility of extension Build Recruitment is working with a valued client to recruit a Repairs Caseworker to join a busy Repairs team focused on delivering high-quality, customer-first services.The role You ll be the key point of contact for repairs cases, keeping customers informed throughout their journey while supporting internal teams and contractors to resolve repairs efficiently. You ll manage complex and escalated cases, coordinate access and appointments, oversee short-term decants, and analyse performance data to drive service improvement.Key responsibilitiesManage and update repairs cases using digital systemsLiaise with surveyors, contractors, suppliers, and internal teamsHandle complex, high-risk and escalated repairs end to endSupport complaints, SARs, and personal injury claimsProactively manage purchase orders and performance reportingKeep customers informed and agree programmes of workAbout youProven experience in customer service within property maintenance/repairsComfortable managing high volumes of work under pressureStrong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skillsConfident using digital systems (e.g. Microsoft CRM)Good understanding of repairs obligations and GDPRWhy apply?
