We are seeking friendly, customer-focused individuals to join our installation teams in the Caithness area. Full training can be provided for the right candidates. About the Role Installation engineers work on the frontline of the service, delivering fibre network connections directly to customers'' properties. Reporting to a Fibre Team Leader, you will work to a scheduled appointment diary and play a key part in the rapid deployment of ultra-fast fibre networks across rural towns and villages. Key Responsibilities Carry out excavation works within customers'' gardensProvide customers with guidance on using their new serviceInstall Fibre to the Premises (FTTP) by pulling or blowing cables through underground networks from cabinets or chambers to customer propertiesLiaise with customers to agree routing through gardens or properties before work beginsWork on overhead networks when requiredComplete internal cabling and install customer equipment (CPE)Conduct full equipment testing to ensure services are operationalEncourage positive customer experience and feedback What You''ll Bring Strong customer service and communication skillsConfidence working at height and experience with manual labourA full driving licenceWillingness to undergo a disclosure
