Category and Trade Marketing Exec
The Advocate Group are looking for a commercially minded, data-driven Category and Trade Marketing Executive to join a leading FMCG business. This is a hands-on role at the intersection of category insights, shopper engagement, and trade marketing execution, giving you the opportunity to influence retailer strategy and deliver impactful campaigns. This is an entry level opportunity so you could be a recent graduate or at the beginning of your career and looking to secure a role with a leading FMCG business that can truly support your development providing extra levels of responsibility as you progress. What you ll do: Analyse data to uncover category trends, shopper insights, and growth opportunitiesSupport the development and execution of trade marketing and shopper campaignsOwn account-level activity including planning, budgeting, and post-campaign evaluationCollaborate with internal teams and external retailers to deliver innovative, insight-led solutionsContribute to NPD projects, from data analysis to campaign delivery About you: Strong analytical skills and experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and ideally market data tools (Nielsen, Circana, Kantar) not essential.Confident presenter and communicator Curious, commercially aware, and passionate about food and shopper behaviourOutgoing, collaborative, and eager to learn Why this role: Work on well-known FMCG brands across multiple retailersReal responsibility from day one, with ownership of accounts and campaignsDevelop
