Duties as a Vehicle Technician:

• Perform technical diagnosis and repairs to ensure customer satisfaction and meet productivity targets
• Maintain high technical standards through ongoing manufacturer training
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and manufacturer processes
• Conduct vehicle health checks accurately and efficiently
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and safety standards within the workshop

Requirements:

• City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) in vehicle maintenance
• Full UK driving license
• Proven experience in inspection, repair, and servicing of motor vehicles
• MOT Tester qualification advantageous but not essential
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
• Previous experience within a franchised dealership environment preferred
