You will be supporting staff who rely heavily on their IT systems, so clear communication and a customer-focused mindset are key.Your Responsibilities Providing first- and second-line desktop support services to end users Troubleshooting hardware and software issues Supporting Windows desktops and peripherals Delivering hands-on user support across the site Managing users and groups within Microsoft 365 Supporting SharePoint administration within the M365 tenantYou Will Have Previous L1 / L2 desktop support experience Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows environments Experience managing users and groups in Microsoft 365 Exposure to SharePoint administration Excellent communication and customer service skills
