Our client offers the flexibility to work in a hybrid arrangement, working 3 days a week in their office in Leeds, or to work in a fully remote role.This role offers the opportunity to work on an exciting variation of national grid and substation projects, with a highly experienced and motivating team.Key Responsibilities:-Lead electrical design for National Grid and substation projects.-Ensure compliance with UK Grid Code and industry standards.-Review technical calculations, protection studies, and reports.-Act as the main technical point of contact for clients and stakeholders.What we are looking for:-Degree in Electrical Engineering (Master''s preferred).-Chartered Engineer (CEng) or working towards it.-Extensive experience in this role, with national grid or substation experience.-Strong leadership, communication, and team management abilities.-Understanding of health, safety, and environmental practices in the industry.
